Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Lin along with Dr. Chreng, Dr. Chia, Dr. Nakamatsu and Dr. Kim have extensive experience in treating both adults and children in all aspects of dentistry including root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, implants, braces, and cosmetic dentistry. Our practices are equipped with the latest state of the art technology and they adhere to the highest sterilization standards.

Dr. Eric Lin, Founder and CEO

Dr. Eric Lin was born and raised in Provo, Utah. After graduating from University of Utah with Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science he left Utah to study at The University of Southern California where he received Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Consumers’ Research Council of America and Peer Reviewed Professionals have selected Dr. Eric Lin as one of the America’s Top Dentists in Cosmetic and General Dentistry

In his free time Dr. Lin enjoys spending time outdoors from going camping, hiking, skiing, etc.

Dr. Lucia Chia, Sr. Associate Dentist

Dr. Chia was born and raised in Lima, Peru. After graduating from University of Florida with Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition she then attended the University of Southern California where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2010. While in dental school, Dr. Chia visited Guatemala and Honduras to provide dental care to the underprivileged.

In her free time, Dr. Chia enjoys exercising, spending time with her family, and cooking.

Dr. Craig Nakamatsu, Endodontist

Dr. Craig Nakamatsu was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. After graduating from high school he left the island to study at The University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Psychology. He then attended the University of Southern California on a military scholarship from the United States Army. It was during this time that he first discovered his interest in the complexities of the root canal and its tissues.

After finishing dental school Dr. Nakamatsu spent 3 years on active duty in the military spending time in Korea, Iraq and Maryland. When he finished his military obligations he returned to University of Southern California to specialize in Endodontics under the guidance of the esteemed Dr. James Simon.

In his free time Dr. Nakamatsu enjoys spending time with friends and family and always looks forward to football season.

Dr. Henna Kim, Orthodontist

Dr. Henna Kim was born in South Korea but moved to the US as a child and has since lived all over the country, including Chicago, Memphis, Philadelphia, and Hawaii. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, she attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. She then spent 4 years serving in the US Army Dental Corp, which included a deployment to Afghanistan, allowing her the opportunity to meet and treat many different people from around the world. The next chapter of her life brought her back to Southern California where she decided to pursue advanced specialty training at the University of California, Los Angeles Section of Orthodontics (Go Bruins!). In dedication to clinical excellence, she has further achieved Board Certification in Orthodontics.

Dr. Kim loves meeting new people and believes in treating her patients like family to provide the most thoughtful and quality care possible. She would like everyone to feel welcome and open to improving their smile, function and oral health no matter what age and stage in life.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing what she loves most – eating (and working out to burn calories so she can eat more)!

Dr. James Lee, Associate Dentist

Dr. Lee was born in South Carolina and was subsequently reared in locations throughout the world, including Ohio, California, Georgia, and Taiwan. He is committed to changing the common misconception that a visit to the dentist is a painful, fearful experience by providing gentle, effective, and comfortable dental care for every patient who sits in the dental chair.

He is a proud U.S. Army veteran and served overseas in both South Korea and Japan. Dr. Lee enjoys going on mission trips to bring dental care to rural communities. He has volunteered his time to this cause across the globe, serving in the United States, Taiwan, and Sri Lanka. He also enjoys providing dental care for children each year during the American Dental Association Foundation’s annual “Give Kids a Smile®” day.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech and then obtained his dental degree at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He also regularly commits time to pursuing continuing education so he can stay up to date in the latest technologies and methodologies in the dental field.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys snowboarding, eating, lifting weights, and hanging out with his dog.
